This 25 Catalina Sloop is super clean and has benefitted from many recent upgrades. Powered by a 2006 9.9hp 4-stroke Mercury outboard. Upgrades since 2017 include new autopilot, new vhf, new lifelines, new Schaffer roller furling, bottom stripped and barrier coated, mast pulled and rewired.

Overview
Interior has the traditional layout option which features opposing settees with a fold down dining table in the main salon. Forward is a private cabin as well as the toilet and vanity with sink. Aft and to port is the galley with a sink, storage and icebox and to port a double quarter berth. The camper style pop top increases headroom to 6’6″.
The interior is extremely clean, roomy and airy. The cushions and woodwork are in great condition.

Deck, Hull and Sails
The helm features a big wheel for easy steering on any tack. Cockpit seating is comfortable under sail and at anchor. Visibility from the helm is excellent and the ride is notably dry. Boarding from the stern is easy with the integral swim platform and swim ladder. The decks and hull really shine and no noticeable crazing or defects were noted.
